To achieve this, we are looking for you to join our product team in Munich as a (Senior) UX/UI Designer (m/f/d).
What awaits you?
» Assure a consistent and user centered UX and UI across all domains and user groups of our platform
» Define and select design system, component library, style guide
» Create mock-ups, wireframes, designs and prototypes from business requirements
» Understand business processes and software architecture to build suitable user flows
» Own the UX and be the voice of the user in the design process
» Analyze and challenge requirements from UX and UI perspective
» Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to gain insights
» Work closely with our internal development team to ensure a consistent UX
What do we expect from you?
» Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI for digital products
» Degree in HCI, web design, cognitive psychology or similar
» Proven ability in applying human-centered design approaches from user research, insight generation, concept deliverables to usability tests
» Solid foundation in interaction and visual design techniques
» Experience transforming business requirements and processes into user flows
