Collaborate closely with our product managers, domain experts and developers and regularly connect with our co-innovation partners and users to identify use-cases and define requirements for new product features
Conceptualise and design innovative data visualization to provide valuable insights to end-users
Create, expand and maintain design principles, guidelines, and UI components for our own design system
Conduct user research and iterative testing for feedback collection with end-users and relevant stakeholders
Actively share your work within the design team and participate to open sessions to scale design We would like to hear from you if you have… WORK EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in UX- and UI-design
specific focus on data visualization and information design
proven skills and experience in working with design systems and libraries
experience in conducting user-interviews
a keen eye for UI and an ability to deliver effective and compelling solutions SKILL SET
expertise in using design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and Principle – InVision would be a plus.
illustration and/or animation skills – would be a plus
experience with agile product development (Scrum) EDUCATION / BACKGROUND
academic degree in design (Master’s degree is a plus)
interest in building a B2B-platform for real estate and facility management with us and learning about the industry and the challenges that we are taking on
passion about design trends, and exploring and iterating creative solutions
good understanding of the technical aspects of software development SOFT SKILLS / LANGUAGES
experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up or agency)
ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business priorities
excellent communication and presentation skills
business-fluency in English (we are a multinational company and most conversations are in English)
