We are looking at the earliest opportunity for a skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer (d/f/m), who will join our PHP team in a senior role, in Berlin/Hamburg/ Wrocław or Remotely (In Germany/Poland). The ideal candidates (d/f/m) will be flexible, enthusiastic, and innovative with a very strong background in web/e-commerce applications with at least 5 years of relevant experience. YOUR QUESTS As a Senior PHP Developer (d/f/m) you are part of a team and ensure the continuous improvement of the user experience of our new products
You actively develop user-friendly applications by working hand in hand with our UX designers and product owners
You are a competent contact person for our product owners, give feedback on the user stories and help us to create an outstanding product
You take ownership for the entire development cycle from testing to go live and always support your team to find the right story split as well as technical implementation
You drive quality, technical improvements as well as new features and with that contribute to the further development of our business model
You will work with our gaming platforms and develop new applications supporting various marketing activities like migrating users or supporting events
You will have variety of different tasks: working on new features, new services, bug fixes and working with a some legacy code YOUR GEAR You have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and already gained professional experience as a PHP Developer for at least 5 years
You can work with different versions of PHP and various frameworks.
You are proficient with following technologies:
Laravel
Docker
Kubernetes
Linux command line
MySql
Memcached/Redis
Git
You are passionate about developing applications with an excellent user experience and value a “clean code” when implementing your ideas
Experience in documenting, building and consuming RESTful APIs
You are an absolute team player, willing to mentor and train younger colleagues
You are enthusiastic about development and keen to work on new products
