The Brand Management team creates meaningful moments, as well as innovative and unexpected initiatives to add long-term value to our brand and community. We want to be a powerful source of inspiration and a strong and desirable brand that connects like-minded people through valuable and tasteful content. Brand partnerships and publication projects play a major role in achieving these expectations and shall lead the way to more brand visibility, community engagement and strong brand recognition.

In this position, you will report to the Director of Brand Management and maintain a strong collaboration and regular information exchange with the Brand Management & Creative team, Digital Marketing team, and Brand Communication team.


Event & Photo Production

  • Support in the production process of innovative event concepts that are aligned with the Design Hotels vision, such as Further: designhotels.com/further; and Arena*, an inspirational annual event concept for up to 400 guests: designhotels.com/arena
  • Support in respective event communication on relevant Design Hotels channels, pre-and post-event
  • Support in the production process of our brand photo campaign Made by Originals: designhotels.com/culture/originals


  • Production support for the Design Hotels Book and Directions magazine, including direct hotel communication
  • Coordinate the customized Directions covers order process with hotels
  • Manage and maintain lists for Book and Directions hotel orders
  • Prepare Book and Directions sales documents for hotel and retail clients
  • Update and maintain the hotel (image) database for Book and Directions approval processes
  • Project Management of external content sources, text/photo commissions and copyrights clearance

Brand Partnerships

  • Active research and communication with relevant potential and existing partner brands
  • Partner communication support and acquisition for publishing projects, special community offers and events
  • Voucher management for partner collaborations such as sweepstakes, etc.
  • Support the production coordination of brand-related newsletters and blog posts
  • Manage and maintain the Design Hotels online store
  • Prepare presentations and reports


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or similar
  • Proven work experience in marketing, and/or communication
  • Ideally experienced with event and/or publication production
  • Experience within hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ideally well-connected in the creative and communication scene
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with a strong commitment to teamwork
