Your Tasks - Analyze, conceptualize, design and evaluate interactive systems
- Support the communication and co-creation of concepts with everyone involved in the process (through workshops applying design thinking, UX thinking, innovation games, etc.)
- Evaluate results in terms of user requirements including usability testing and derivation of recommendations
- Develop a common vision through typical design artifacts (personas, customer journey, mapping methods, etc.)
- Adapt, coordinate and define the (user, stakeholder and system) requirements and conceptualization and evaluation of design solutions in creative ways
- Develop low and high definition wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, including usability testing for the user experience
- Work with other designers, developers, product/project manager to implement valid designs
- Ensure the maintenance of a good user experience of all products and/or services on all platforms according to best practices
Your Profile - 2 to 4 years of experiences as a UX Designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio of your design projects
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Knowledge of user experience and human-centered design (HCD), user research, user testing
- Understanding of the psychological effects that apply in human information processing and action control, in order to minimize the psychological costs of human-machine interaction
- Proficient in prototyping, wireframing and testing software (Sketch, InVision, Principle, Marvel, etc.)

- You have a high attention to detail, organization and proactivity
- You are self-organized with a high level of personal initiative, responsibility and commitment. Share your inspiring ideas with the team and get involved

- You have great communication skills and dare to express your important opinion
