  • Build media strategies and distribution plans for select B2B & B2C clients
  • Manage multiple 6-figure media budgets and ensure optimal marketing ROI across clients
  • Set up, steer, and optimize the paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & Tiktok), SEM and programmatic (Adwords) campaigns
  • Ensure an iterative environment in the team by proactively building AB tests and interpreting campaign performance, always aiming for actionable outcomes
  • Create and test audience strategies and creative frameworks with the help of the latest best-in-class technology and production capabilities


  • Degree in Marketing, Communication Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a similar field
  • 5-6 years’ experience working in a Digital Marketing environment (preferably in a Buying / Advertising Agency or Advertiser, or a successful Start-up)
  • Experienced in applying latest product insights to ongoingly improve our Global Paid Digital strategy, video creative performance, and branding objectives
  • Deep knowledge of Paid Social Media and Programmatic strategy, with track record in communicating with external partners (Google, Facebook)
  • Experience creating cross-functional processes, managing stakeholders independently and building relationships with external partners (Google, Facebook)
  • Expertise in using Facebook Business Manager or Google Adwords
  • Experience with Tableau, Google Data Studio or Power BI
  • German on a native speaker level, business fluent English, another language is a plus
