About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who wants to join our Marketing team, to work on creative writing tasks that will provide a strong impact through real stories and continue to grow the CANDIS brand. We are looking for someone who will generate ideas on the way we communicate across multiple platforms, from demand generation to demand capture you will gain exposure to the whole facet of marketing
You are passionate about generating demand and capturing it with your own content ideas. You are creative, self-driven and thrive in environments where you won’t be told what your next task is – you create it yourself! You love to constantly learn and grow and understand that sometimes with creative content it doesn’t always work as planned, and that’s ok, it’s all about self reflection to go at it again.
Here is what equips you best for this role:
Prior content creation experience. Good writing knowledge.
Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.
Create and develop ideas for new channels and formats.
Fluent speaking and writing of both German and English.
Marketing degree or equivalent.
Time management skills and ability to achieve targets and deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships cross functionally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
Technical SEO skills.
Prior marketing work experience.
