We are a group of PR specialists, freelance journalists, graphic designers, video animators and business consultants who work in a beautiful office loft in Bergmannstrasse, Kreuzberg. We are looking to rent out some of the working space to similar inspiring and creative people.
We have a light-flooded space (250 square meters for a total of 15 people) equipped with „Eiermann“-like tables the size of a single room apartment. Because we know how tiring sitting on bad seats can be, we decided to get some terribly fancy Italian-design office chairs for each table – comfortable even after long hours of work. A great kitchen, spacious conference room, elevator and even a table tennis table are all included!
But these are just the material facts. Basically, we offer a great working space in a charming community of entrepreneurs and open-minded creatives. If you are looking for such an spacious environment and don’t want to work cooped up like chickens in a barn, you might just have found your new home. Unlike other co-working spaces, renting out is not our bussiness model but a means to assemble a great crowd of open minded creatives and enterpreneurs. The monthly rent is 250,- EURO excl. VAT. This includes: table, chair, telephone (own number), fax, WiFi, 24/7 access, postal address, lockable cabinet and a table tennis.
