WE MAKE MODERNIST BAVARIAN CRAFT BEER
In 2007, we started creating craft lagers & ales that we are not only proud to produce for our customers, but love to drink ourselves.
We currently collaborate with four small, regional Bavarian breweries that are family-owned and family-run. The oldest brewery is almost 500 years, the youngest 90 years old.
Our beers are modernist because the basic principles of modernism are purity, rationality and simplicity and the honest expression of the nature of materials and their quality. We love, live by, and follow this philosophy. Solid fundamentals. No gimmicks.
YOU MAY STILL CALL US TRADITIONAL…
…because we make beer the old-fashioned way with only barley, yeast, hops and water. You can’t rush craftsmanship, and that’s why our traditional brewing processes take up to 12 weeks.
YOU MAY CALL US SMALL…
…because our offices in Munich and the UK are currently staffed by a (highly-talented) team of 8.
BUT WE ARE BOUND TO SHAKE UP THE INDUSTRY!
