MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER
THE POSITION:
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the regional coordination of ASEA projects and initiatives in Europe. This position will help to defined project scope and accountability and serves as the primary contact for external clients and vendors. The position in based in our European Headquarters, located in Munich, Germany.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing initiative and project plans.
- Prepare and manage project scope (profile, cost, timeline, deliverables, etc.).
- Plans production schedules and keeps projects on track and within timelines.
- Regional marketing day-to-day coordination for different European markets.
- Manage localization projects of marketing materials for different European markets.
- Liaison with third-party vendors to correlate marketing and business development needs and manage external client initiatives and project communication flow and expectations.
- Oversee regional marketing implementation and execution for different European markets.
- Give final approval for department initiatives and cross-functional marketing projects.
- Area and project budget management.
- Involved in intense problem solving and critical thinking to resolve issues and further marketing development.
- Consult with company leaders in the development and creation of effective business models, including marketing, custom compensation plans, and other strategies.
- Collaborates with internal teams, assisting with their needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in marketing, business, or other related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in project management.
- Able to work independently while keeping teammates abreast of milestones and issues.
- Demonstrated strong business consulting and technical skills.
- Excellent relationship building and communications skills.
- Ability to operate without close supervision and handle significant time and other pressures.
Experience with Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry a plus.
