In the past two years I have been working for SoundCloud as part of the Catalogue Operations team with a focus on finding and rectifying misingested content, artists verification and content mapping for new releases. Working with large data sets and metadata from record labels, distributors & rights holders to ensure best practices are up to date and lay the groundwork for catalogue management improvements.
Prior to my job at SoundCloud, I worked as a Specialist on the VEVO Content Operations team, where I was managing a range of technical projects as the coordinator of all video operations on both VEVO & YouTube platforms and partner relationships. I worked cross functionally with vital stakeholders including but not limited to: Product & Engineering, Creative Content & Programming, Sales, Marketing and Business Affairs. During my career, I served as the coordinator between the Berlin, London, New York, and San Francisco offices and established smooth customer interactions and minimized technical issues across various time zones.
I obtained a master’s degree in Business and Management Administration as well as Mass Media; which compliments my related experience and ability to manage high priority technical projects and the corresponding content providers.
Similarly to my job at VEVO, I have been working simultaneously across different projects like co- publishing splits or impersonations for instance – managing my time and prioritising projects comes easily to me.
Throughout my professional and educational careers, I developed a strong work ethic and served as a highly efficient, dependable, and resilient worker.
