I am a makeup artist for beauty, portraits, advertising, celebrity, fashion, and films.
First, let me step back a few paces. I was born in London, but grew up in Hollywood, California. I spent eight years in Sydney, Australia. I now reside in Berlin, which is the place I have called home since I arrived in 2013.
I began my career in the beauty & fashion world as a model. I modelled across the United States and Europe for brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch and Georgio Armani. I balanced my time in front of the camera with my spare time being spent riding my horses, and my creative mediums of art, painting, & photography.
When I moved to Sydney for modelling in 2005 my secret ambition was to pursue the makeup world. I began assisting makeup artists such as Rae Morris, & Angie Barton. Rapidly I spent less time assisting, and more time building up my own portfolio and clients. Soon after, I had built I had built a solid portfolio of magazine and fashion brand work. I joined my first agency in Sydney after a year of being out on my own, followed by my second agency in Los Angeles. I am now based in Germany, but travel frequently between the USA & Europe, always opening myself up to cultures and lifestyles that might influence my work.
I have taken all the little secrets I learned along the way from my modelling years, and time spent assisting into the work I do now. I truly love what I do, and the creative people I choose to surround myself with.
