FIREWORKS Bürogemeinschaft
Wir (Grafiker-, Illustrator-, Filmemacher- und Filmproduzent-, Autor-, Texter-, Überstezer-, und Programmierer*innenein, ein Theatermensch und eine Ärztin) haben wieder mal einen Platz frei in unserer freundlichen Bürogemeinschaft. Wir suchen langfristige Mitstreiter. Ab sofort oder ab Dezember/ Januar frei. 185€/Monat all incl.
Wir teilen uns ein Gartenhaus-Dachgeschoss in der früheren Feuerwache am Fluss Panke mit vielen Fenstern, Pflanzen und Licht, einem Balkon, einem Besprechungsraum, einer Küche, einem Bad und einem Garten im Hof. Es ist viel Platz und jede*r hat einen eigenen Tisch.

In der Miete enthalten sind alle NK, die Mitbenutzung aller Räumlichkeiten, ein Schlüssel mit 24/7 Zugang, 250mbit WiFi und Reinigung.

is a shared office space in a beautiful „Gartenhaus“ loft in a rear building of a former fire station, full of light and plants. There’s lots of space and everyone has their own table.
We’re a friendly crew of graphic designers, illustrators, writers and copywriters, journalists, filmmakers and film producers, a doctor, a theatre researcher, and a programmer, and we currently have one free space available. We are looking for long-term members. Available asap or from December/ January. Price: 185€/month, all incl.
The workspace is located close to U8 Pankstr, and U9 Osloer Str. Tram 13 and 50, S Bornholmer Str. It’s right by the Panke river. There are huge windows, a balcony, WC, a kitchen, a separate meeting room, and a small urban garden in the courtyard.
