Throughout my career, I have contributed to positive business results through effective coordination, prioritization and follow-through of both private and public campaign proposals. My role consists equally of both developing content and project management of campaign proposals. Ultimately, my skills lay between creativity and organization. My strengths and qualifications are an ideal match for this position at Centogene.
In my current role, I exercise a calculated and methodical approach to structuring campaign proposals. While I am independently motivated, I appreciate collective efforts and collaborate productively within group settings. I have acted as project lead working with various in-house departments responsible for different aspects of the project (e.g. Advertising, PR, budget, legal documentation, etc.) and external partners and suppliers. I specialize in writing and coordinating the event campaign concepts. Within the event new business team, I have personally trained several staff members on each phase of developing a project proposal.
The agency I currently work at works with public clients, such as the European Commission and EU delegations. We also work with private clients, such as, European Investment Bank, Formula E, Lidl, etc. For all of our clients, I multi-task several campaign projects at a time within tight deadlines.
Previously, I worked for Heimat as the International Market coordinator. For this role, I was responsible for the distribution of creative materials for our 50+ international markets. This included tasks such as monitoring their social media to ensure usage and engagement of the materials (e.g. on Spredfast) as well as educating the international markets on social media best practices.
