My name is Alina Mocanca, I was born in Romania and lived in Rome since I was thirteen years old until I graduated from the university. I have lived the last four years in Buenos Aires, and previously in Dublin and Paris. I am currently based in Berlin.

working and perfectioning as a freelance Illustrator/ Designer over the past 5 years, utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Wacom and iPad tablets, in combination with traditional mediums such as pencil and charcoal among others, to create and produce commissions for diverse clients.
integrating visual elements such as line, space, mass, color and perspective to illustrate ideas, emotions, moods and concrete stories.
overseeing the artistic design, creation, tone and final execution to capture viewer interest while ensuring projects are completed on target and on deadline.
I have earned a Master’s degree in Architecture from the university La Sapienza, Rome. I have also studied Architecture in Paris and Buenos Aires and one year of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires.
I posses written and oral skills in five languages and proficiency in both handmade and digital art and the ability to understand, follow and develop smooth co-working environments.
