Mostly because I enjoy solving problems and giving the best service I can. I am also a good listener and I have a pleasant telephone manner. When I was studying marketing, I attended a specific course within telemarketing.
Meeting new people and new challenges and new ways of thinking is what I see as fun and inspiring. Customer service is something I enjoy and want to see as a challenge, as each meeting with an individual is unique. As I studied marketing, I and two of my classmates started a company -CleanUF, by Young Business Enterprise, of which the company received an award for best service.
I am a goal-oriented woman with good working ethics and I gladly make my own decisions if necessary when I see myself as stress resistant, determined and independent. I have taken a course specifically focused in event planning, as well as a course in leadership. I have also been local manager at JohoPyro and thrive in roles that require responsibility. I also enjoy working with people and seeing a problem is best solved when several collaborates as I am open to new suggestions and possibilities. I see myself as a good team member and find it important being able to cooperate for maximum comfort and performance.
I have good computer competence as well as basic PC skills. My thesis focused on the internet trade, of which I got the highest grade. I have good competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint as I have been working with the programs during my school years and taken a specific course in Excel. I have also been accounting cash reports and inventoried with Excel and I enjoy working with computers as well as administratively.
I have qualified Bachelor of Commerce and have been studying social anthropology in Stockholm for one year. In recent years I have been working as marketing manager, local manager and saleswoman. Currently I live in Charlottenburg and I am available for work as soon as possible.
