Did you know that industrial machinery is utilized only 30−40% on average and when they are being used that they produce 5−10% scrap products thus wasting resources, energy and time? We aim to change that by bringing data-driven technologies to the shop floors of the world, reducing industrial waste, improving production quality, enhancing machine utilization and automating machine operation. Tackling this mission, the biggest obstacle is the accessibility to machine data and extracting meaningful information from the acquired data. We are solving both challenges through our technology.
We are based in Germany, one of the most advanced manufacturing markets with the highest machine density worldwide, with locations in Cologne and Aachen. As RWTH Aachen University is one of the most renowned Universities for production technology, we have always been exposed to technology trends in production technology until we decided to start our own company in this field in 2018 to pursue our very own vision for the future of manufacturing. And still today, we greatly profit from the academic surrounding and university collaboration for research and product development.
