I am a freelance writer, senior editor, and musician from the United States currently living in Berlin. I have experience in and a passion for teaching, cooking, travel, outdoor activities, and language. These varied interests have always kept me exploring new ways to communicate. I am a quick-learning and adaptable writer with a broad area of expertise.
With a degree in English with an emphasis in critical theory from the University of Iowa, I have much experience within a workshop process and writing on my own. My most recent projects include proofing and editing doctoral theses, writing as a regular contributor to Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s Citizen Musician blog, and being the a senior editor at DoYouYoga.
