Over the course of thirteen years I created several graphics for television shows and commercials. My artwork has been featured on networks such as Nickelodeon, CBS, and Logo. I have designed graphics for shows such as Nickelodeon’s U-Pick Live, and the Ellen Degeneres Show.

I have created artwork for the art department, for props, and for on-air graphics.

Images:
1. Fairly Odd U-Pick:
While working on Nickelodeon’s U-Pick Live we were promoting a cartoon cross-over event between the shows Fairly Odd Parents and Jimmy Neutron. I was approached by producers and asked to recreate our live cast in the style of Fairly Odd Parents. The final version I created was then animated in the Control Room during our live broadcast.

2. Nickelodeon’s U-Pick Live Credentials:
I was asked to create on-set credentials for the talent and crew because we had celebrity guests every other day. For security reason, it was necessary that only staff with credentials be allowed near the studio. I was asked by the producers to create credentials that would be used. These are the drafts I presented to the producers. They chose the one in the middle of the top row.

3. Nickelodeon’s U-Pick Live: Graphics for Props and Art Department:
While working for MTV Networks I was asked to create several graphics over the course of two years for the art department. This included prop cereal boxes that featured our hosts and many other fun things.
We produced a Mock-U-Mentary of Behind the Music featuring our cast of characters in a pretend band called “The Pickles.” The Mock-U-Mentary was hosted by Jeff Probst, the host of the television show Survivor. For the episode I created several posters that were used as set pieces and hung behind Jeff Probst. The goal was to create brightly colored posters that would be attractive to our young audience.

4. Picky Poofs:
I created several graphics for the props department while working on U-Pick Live. The props included: Cereal Boxes, Book Covers, Soda Bottles, Cards, etc. Here is an example of one the cereal box covers featuring a character named Picky. This was the front of the box, which was used on live TV in various sketches. It is meant to be brightly colored and the graphics had to read well when the hosts held it up.

5. Papa Johns:
While working on a Papa John’s Pizza commercial I was asked by the Art Director to create three large sports posters that would be featured as set pieces. These posters had to be designed, printed, and framed in less than twelve hours. The final posters were 24“x36” in size. The completed posters were delivered to set before they were needed the next day!
