Inspiration is the motive force of art. But it’s never enough without creativity. Humor, spirit and positive disposal are the most important prerequisites for me to create and thus I use all of them in anything I make. Concerning the rest of the materials, I use silver, enamel, colourful ribbons, silk fabrics, tulle, lace, leather, semi-precious stones, sequins and beads, small ceramic elements. I enjoy marrying precious to semi-precious materials, since the first would not worth without the last.
I assume that every jewel is a small journey to imaginary and fantastic worlds where happiness, joy, colours and positive though dominate. Uniformity lacks, therefore every creation is special and unique. Something that I really love are the well matched pairs. I like however the incompatible too, as every piece supplements and defines at same way the other.
So, I created my own colored silver-world, where bees fly with butterflies, ballerinas flutter with flamenco dancers, cans with dots and stripes water the flower-pots, flowers and innocent cactus blossom in different colours, pixies play hide-and-seek with nice witches and fairies, princesses live in fantastic castles and fall in love with frogs which magically transform them into handsome princes just with a kiss. Stars flirt with the moon, the sun hides behind the clouds and umbrellas, mermaids are jealous of little women’ fancy dresses and all together can dress necks, ears and fingers.
