Manifesto Market will open a culinary space at Potsdamer Platz, Berlin in the last quarter of this year. We will operate a 4,400 square-meter food hub — Europe’s largest — and will bring together 26 restaurants and bars, an event space and a cultural stage. The company will curate the best of Berlin’s food scene and operate its own bars under the brand name SOOT, which includes a wine bar and a speakeasy bar.
