As a member of the local management team of AMORELIE, I’m responsible for shaping and driving the brand strategy, overseeing the creative vision, and managing the People & Culture department. I ensure cohesive brand messaging, innovative creative outputs, and a supportive, high-performance work environment that aligns with our company’s strategic objectives and values. My role also includes significant budgetary responsibilities (brand and OPEX), ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with overall business goals.
