UX designer with background in engineering and human resource experience with strong problem solving skills, time management, organizing information, recruitment, planning and being systematic. I transferred these skills in competitive analysis, user research and information architecture. I had to strategically plan HR initiatives, collaboration and communication with stakeholders, managers and other departments of the company, critical thinking to analyse problems deeply, taking job-interviews and by nature I’m an empathetic person these experience and qualities are very much needed for a UX designer in user interview, usability testing, presenting design and handing off design to developer.
