We (three artists/designers) are looking for a new sublet for our studio-community in Neukölln from January. Entire Room price, 16’50 m2 = 286,90€/month, unfurnished Including: Internet, Heating, Electricity, Shared toilet There is the possibility to share the room, I will use the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, two days), you will use Monday to Friday, five days. Sharing price (partially furnished): 286,90/7days= 40,98€ You’ll pay:
Five days (Mon to Fri) = 40,98×5 = 204,9€ per month I’ll pay
