Clariness is looking for a Team Lead Copywriting (f/m/d) based in Berlin or Hamburg. As a Team Lead Copywriting, you would be responsible for: Managing medical copy creation projects from concept to delivery, working closely with project stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. Being responsible for error-free quality control of all medical copy deliverables. Overseeing development of medical copy concepts for marketing materials promoting clinical trials, such as patient brochures, leaflets, websites, banner ads etc.. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, regarding all copy matters, managing expectations through effective communication. Continuously improving the management of medical copy concepts and deliverables, ensuring effective prioritization, planning and forecasting the team’s capacity, along with timely delivery. Supporting the learning and professional development of Medical Copywriters through ongoing guidance and constructive feedback. Briefing and coordinating freelance medical copywriters to meet client requirements. Actively participating in the optimization of general processes within the medical copy team and overall, within the Creative Operations department. Researching innovative solutions (e.g. AI), educating the copy team and applying these advancements to improve medical copy development. Producing medical copy when required to support the team’s output We would like you to have: Fluency in English—German language skills are considered a strong plus. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality control (QC). Proven experience in leading copywriting teams, ideally within creative agencies or in-house creative teams for large organizations. Medical copywriting is a huge plus. Demonstrable success in copywriting, with a track record of creating impactful copy concepts—medical copywriting experience is highly desirable. Successfully completed studies, preferably Degree in English, Journalism, Medical Sciences or equivalent qualifications. A strategic and agile mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You may ask now, why should I work for you?
