We’re looking for: Brand & Web Designer to shape the visual identity and website concept of our BDSM brand positioned between empowerment and surrender
Age of Bondage is a Berlin-based e-commerce brand offering high-quality, modular bondage products. Our brand moves between curiosity, intimacy, connection and self-empowerment – and speaks to people who experience (or want to explore) BDSM as a self-determined, aesthetic, and empowering practice. We are currently in the process of relaunching the brand. This means there is no public-facing content yet, and you won’t find anything online under the new name. The brand’s core is being redefined – and your work will significantly shape how it comes to life. To support this transformation, we’re looking for an experienced brand and web designer to translate our vision into a cohesive visual identity and first website mockups. Your task
Evolve our existing visual moodboard into a full brand design (visual CI): color palette, typography, imagery, textures, iconography
Deliver the visual identity in form of a final document
Design initial website mockups: homepage, category page, product page (website framework is Shopify)
One revision/feedback loop minimum
Final presentation of the results incl. short Q&A session with the marketing team

Brand strategy, tone of voice & target group insights
Language guideline for image-text interaction
Structured communication & clear review process
What you should bring
Experience with D2C brands or brands with a sensual, emotional, or aesthetic focus
Strong feel for design that is atmospheric and body-aware
Ideally: experience with sensitive or intimate topics (e.g. sexuality, BDSM)
Understanding of the design possibilities & limitations of Shopify – ideally experience designing within the Shopify ecosystem
Self-organized work style and openness to productive feedback & iterations Project framework

Duration: approx. 2–4 weeks for the full process
